Wireless Capabilities

At the MADWiFi driver level, wireless devices will negotiate capabilities to determine which units they can partner with.

As part of the capabilities, the current operating mode (e.g. BSS, ESS, or IBSS) will be transmitted to the access point (or master wireless device) to check whether association is possible. If association fails, for any reason, the association fail counter will increment.
